All Customers

Service Availability Take Note
ATMs ATMs are available.
Branches Our branches are open.
Debit Cards We are aware of some limited issues with debit card functionality that we are working to resolve. If your card is not working, please note:
  • Expired cards will not work.
  • If you have a replacement debit card that still needs to be activated, please do so.
    For cards expired August 2022 or earlier, call (833) 998-4672 to activate.
    If your card expires in September or October, please call us for assistance in activating the replacement.
  • Can’t find your replacement card? Contact us to request a new one or if you have any questions.
Internet/Mobile Banking Checking label now reads "Demand Deposit."
On-Call Banking Users need to re-enroll the first time they call.
Online Loan Payment Center Use as normal.

Business Customers Only

Service Availability Take Note
Business Online Banking Deposits made before September 19 are not visible.
Merchant Services/Payment Solutions Use as normal.
