Caring for Our Communities

As part of the Arrow Family of Companies, Glens Falls National Bank is invested in the community and committed to you! We are your neighbors. For more than 170 years, serving the organizations that make this region a great place to live and work has been an important part of our mission and company culture.

Our 2022 Giving

The Arrow Family of Companies donated $675,000 in 2022 to support local non-profits. Of the total giving, more than $103,000 was donated directly by employees through internal fundraising and payroll elections. Our Team logged 9,395 volunteer hours in support of hundreds of area organizations to meet the needs of individuals, families and businesses.

Sponsorship

We sponsor many events, activities and endeavors that help draw people to our communities through arts, entertainment, sports, education and more.

Volunteerism

Our employees volunteer their time and expertise in ways big and small, from participating in charity walks to serving in board leadership roles. Volunteerism is encouraged throughout our family of companies, and employees are recognized for outstanding commitment to their community. Total number of hours donated by our team continues to increase each year, providing more support for the areas where our team lives and works.

Donations

We provide financial and in-kind support to not-for-profit organizations throughout the region. This ranges from employee and corporate giving to food or book drives. Our philanthropy supports many areas of impact: financial empowerment, education, workforce support, basic needs, health and human services, safe and affordable housing, business and farm support, environmental sustainability and more.

Education

We feel an important part of giving back is educating community members on topics like fraud and financial literacy. Our team of professionals often visits schools, events and other gatherings.
