GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (July 10, 2018) – Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company is pleased to announce that renovations on its Cambridge office, located at 25 West Main Street, are nearing completion. The renovation project, which began earlier this year, is part of an initiative to invest in the community by improving service to its customers, and enhancing the look of its downtown presence.
“Cambridge is a community that has a rich history and also has a vibrant energy,” said Glens Falls National Bank Senior Vice President of Branch Services, Christine Snow. “As we celebrate 45 years serving this great community, we’re proud to show our commitment by further investing in Cambridge.”
The 2,265 square foot branch employs six team members and has provided a full range of financial services to the area since it opened in 1973. With interior changes almost complete, the updated branch includes a new lobby, floor to ceiling upgrades and a universal banker station that aligns with an enhanced model of service. Exterior work has commenced and will include updated signage, and upgrades to the building’s facade, drive-up window and ATM.
“Our goal with these changes is to reinvigorate our appearance for the community, while also offering modern customer convenience,” said Snow. “We’d like to reintroduce ourselves to members of the community as we continuously strive to offer new value.”
Once work has been completed, the bank intends to host an event to recognize and show appreciation for the neighbors and businesses that make Cambridge a great place to do business. More details will be announced as plans are finalized.
