Queensbury Office Renovation

Glens Falls National Bank is enhancing our presence throughout our five-county footprint. Over the last several years, we have been updating our locations to improve our customer experience, reinforce our commitment to the community and put our best foot forward in your town.
We are excited to announce that an extensive renovation of our Queensbury branch location at 696 Upper Glen Street is now underway. When work is completed in 2025, the interior of the branch will be totally remodeled with greater ease of use and updated technology to better serve all of your banking needs.
What to Expect
The Queensbury Office will remain open and accessible throughout the renovation. We will temporarily be moving the branch to the second floor starting September 9. The interim branch will be accessible by elevator and stairs with signage to direct you. Once completed in spring, branch operations will move back into a fully updated space on the first floor.
Safe deposit box access will be available by appointment only during this phase. We encourage you to reach out the branch team for available times.
A Note for Our Insurance Customers: The Upstate Agency LLC office will temporarily move to the agency's main building at 103 Main Street in South Glens Falls.
