If you used Retirement Direct to access your accounts with us, you will now use a new platform named GoReitre. Participants also have access to a fully transactional mobile app!

The website from EPIC Retirement Plan Services has a new and improved look and intuitive navigation. There are a number of new features with improved functionality for transactions, reporting and planning. The upgraded site also has one login screen for both plan sponsors and participants.
Upgrades include:

- Friendly, easy to navigate interface
- Efficient online tools to help with enrollment, deferral rate changes, beneficiary changes, distributions and loans (includes option for plan sponsor approval)
- Custom messaging for participants to view
- Comprehensive, secure payroll upload system and detailed reporting
- Improved plan-level reporting for scheduled and ad hoc reports
- Full access to plan and participant information
Yes, there will be a new, comprehensive e-statement (online statement), which will replace our current statement format. Participant account statements for the period ending December 31, 2023, will be in the new format.
Statement features include:

- Quicker, online access with better security
- A front-page message board
- The participant’s individual rate of return
- Required disclosures
Your plan investments have not changed as a result of this upgrade; however, your plan’s records were transitioned to facilitate this upgrade to the GoRetire platform.
Yes, anyone with access to the plan sponsor site should have received a new username and password. If you are a plan participant, you will need to set up a new username and password on the site.
