FAQs Online Statements

Online Statements are:

  • Convenient – Review and/or download your statements online anytime
  • Efficient – Access up to 18 months of statement history
  • Secure – Eliminate the risk of having statements lost in the mail
  • Environmentally Friendly – Reduce paper clutter and usage
  • Free – There is no charge for Online Statements

Sign into Internet Banking and accept the Online Statement disclosure by clicking on the Online Statements tab. You can also enroll on the Mobile App by tapping "More" >> "Online Statements" >> "Continue."

Visit our Internet Banking site or download our Mobile App to register.

The following account types are automatically included when you enroll:

  • All checking accounts on which you are a joint or individual owner
  • All savings accounts on which you are a joint or individual owner
  • Lines of credit (Home Equity and Cash Reserve/Overdraft Protection)

Once you’ve enrolled, please send us a secure email within Internet Banking or call our Electronic Banking Department at (800) 246-2415 to request that paper statements continue for specified accounts. 

Please allow one statement cycle to stop receiving paper statements in the mail.

Log into Internet Banking and click on the Online Statements tab to view up to 18 months of statements. You may save a copy of any statement PDF to your computer.

Your statements become available online the day after they are created.

You can view past statements for 18 months.

Yes. You will need Adobe Reader to view your Online Statements. Adobe Reader is free to download.

Yes! Online Statements is available on our app.

Each joint account-holder must log into Internet Banking and accept the disclosure to view their Online Statements.

For lines of credit only, you will receive a monthly email notification when your statement is available.
