FAQs Mobile App TouchID Login

Touch ID is a simple, secure way to access your Mobile App using your fingerprint instead of the traditional username and password.

To use this feature, you must have an iPhone that is TouchID-enabled (5s and higher) and have activated TouchID on the device. You must also have a current version of our Mobile App.

There are two ways to start using TouchID:

  • Login prompt: Users with TouchID-supported iPhones will receive a prompt after logging into the app with their username and password. The prompt will ask if you want to start using TouchID. Once you accept, it will become active upon your next login.
  • Settings: Log into your Mobile App like usual. Select “More” at the bottom of the screen, then “TouchID,” then slide the circle to turn on the feature. You will be prompted to provide your fingerprint to verify your identity. Once your fingerprint has been successfully read, TouchID will become active upon your next login.

If you have set up more than one fingerprint on your device’s TouchID, our Mobile App will accept any of them once you have activated the TouchID login feature.

You can turn off TouchID login by returning to More>>Settings>>TouchID to turn it off. Additionally, you can bring up the regular login page with username and password by swiping to the right.
