FAQs ScoreCard® Rewards

We are always looking for the best programs to offer our customers. ScoreCard Rewards is a robust program that offers points for qualified purchases made with your Glens Falls National Bank Visa® Business Debit Card. Points can be redeemed for any of the thousands of rewards available through ScoreCard Rewards, such as airfare, travel packages, merchandise and much more.

Absolutely not! You earned all those points – they are yours to keep. All of your Points2U points will roll over to your ScoreCard Rewards points balance. Starting November 1, 2018, any qualified purchases made with your existing Glens Falls National Bank Visa Business Debit Card will earn points through ScoreCard Rewards.

There will be a brief blackout period as the rollover begins. During this period, the points you collected with Points2U will not appear in your ScoreCard Rewards points balance.

For questions about your Points2U points balance and how to redeem points during this period, call our Electronic Banking team at (800) 246-2415 and a team member will be happy to assist you.

The blackout could last up to 60 days. Once it ends, we will send you a letter informing you that this period is over. You will continue to earn ScoreCard Rewards points during this time. We recommend keeping your most recent Points2U statement for a few months, so you can keep track of the points you previously earned.

Starting in November, you will begin earning points with ScoreCard Rewards rather than Points2U. With each qualifying purchase you make using your existing Glens Falls National Bank Visa Business Debit Card, you will earn points through ScoreCard Rewards.

If you want to view or redeem your points, simply visit scorecardrewards.com to register your card. You can then redeem ScoreCard Rewards points for merchandise and travel rewards.

If you have a Glens Falls National Bank Visa Business Debit Card, you will automatically be enrolled in ScoreCard Rewards on November 1, 2018 and will immediately begin earning points with every qualifying purchase you make. Although you are automatically enrolled in the program, you will need to visit scorecardrewards.com to register your card in order to track and redeem points online.

Simply visit scorecardrewards.com to register your card at any time on or after November 1, 2018. Once your card is registered, you will be able to see your ScoreCard Rewards points. Please note, your points2u.com login will not work, and you will no longer be able to log in to the Points2U website after November 1, 2018.

With ScoreCard Rewards, you will earn one point for every $2 in qualifying purchases.

You can visit scorecardrewards.com to see the full list of merchandise and travel rewards available. There are thousands of great offers – from movie tickets and smart speakers, to 4K TVs and luxury cruises – all available through ScoreCard Rewards!

We encourage you to log in to the ScoreCard website and register your card. Once you create an account, you can redeem new points earned with ScoreCard Rewards for merchandise or travel rewards.

Yes – during the transition you will be able to earn and redeem points. During the blackout period (approximately 60 days) you will not see your Points2U points when you log in to ScoreCard Rewards. Instead, you will only see the new points earned through ScoreCard Rewards.

As of November 1, 2018, you will no longer be able to track new points earned on the Points2U website. All of your Points2U points will be transferred to the ScoreCard Rewards program. After the blackout period, you will be able to see all of your combined Points2U and ScoreCard points online at scorecardrewards.com.

You can visit points2u.com and log in with your username and password on or before October 31, 2018. As of November 1, 2018, you will no longer be able to track new points earned on the Points2U website.
