Our employees volunteer their time and expertise in ways big and small, from participating in charity walks to serving in board leadership roles. Volunteerism is encouraged, and employees are recognized for outstanding commitment to their community.
We provide financial and in-kind support to not-for-profit organizations throughout the region. This ranges from employee and corporate giving to food or book drives. In addition, each of our banking offices hosts an annual Community Appreciation Day that raises funds and awareness for local causes.
We feel an important part of giving back is educating community members on topics like senior fraud and financial literacy. We host free seminars at our offices, and our team of professionals often visits schools, events and other gatherings.
