• April 1, 2008- Glens Falls National
Bank and Trust Company has announced the appointment of Chrisanna
Golovach as a Financial Advisor for Glens Falls National Investment
Services. She will have responsibility for providing personal
service and investment advice for the Bank’s offices in
Clinton, Essex and Northern Warren Counties.
• March 25, 2008- Glens Falls National
Bank and Trust Company has announced the appointment of Susan
D. McCormick-Lareau to the position of Vice President and Audit
Manager.
• February 26, 2008- Glens Falls National
Bank and Trust Company has announced the appointments of Sheri
A. Bancroft to Accounting Officer and Paul V. Calby to Systems
Officer.
• February 26, 2008- Glens Falls National
Bank and Trust Company has announced the appointment of Lee W.
Sanford to Investment Officer in the Bank’s Trust and Investment
Division.
• February 14, 2008- Glens Falls National
Bank and Trust Company recently announced that it is providing
corporate sponsorship of $5,000 to the New York State High School
Basketball Tournament Committee in Glens Falls.
New York State High
School Basketball Tournament Director, Doug Kenyon indicated,
“We are delighted to have Glens Falls National as a sponsor again
in 2008. The Bank has always supported our tournament not only
with dollars but also with hardworking, dedicated volunteers.
We’re very thankful for all the support we get from businesses
and individuals throughout the region.”
• February 13, 2008- Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company has announced the appointments of Peter M. Capozzola to Vice President and Senior Investment Officer, Vicki S. Morse to Assistant Vice President and Employee Benefits Officer, Sonya A. Scally to Assistant Vice President and Trust Operations Officer and Mary D. Stockman to Employee Benefits Officer.
• February 5, 2008- Thomas L. Hoy, Chairman,
President and C.E.O. of Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company
has announced the appointment of Terry R. Goodemote, C.P.A. to
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Goodemote, who has
been Chief Financial Officer for Glens Falls National Bank and
Arrow Financial Corporation since January 1, 2007, will be responsible
for the Accounting, Compliance, Human Resources and Training Group.
He joined Arrow Financial Corporation in 1992 as a Finance Officer.
In 2000, he was promoted to Vice President for the Bank, and in
2005, was elected Senior Vice President and Division Head of the
Accounting Division.
• February 4, 2008- Glens Falls National
Bank and Trust Company has announced the promotion of Allen J.
Racine, Jr. to Vice President and Paul J. Delzotto to Assistant
Vice President.
Mr. Racine joined the
Bank in 2005 as an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Banking
Department. Prior to joining Glens Falls National he served as
a Loan Officer with First Pioneer Farm Credit, ACA.
Mr. Delzotto joined
the Bank in 1997 in the Collection Department, and was promoted
to Collection Officer/Assistant Department Manager in 2001. He
was promoted to Collection Officer and Manager in 2004. Mr. Delzotto
was elected to the Bank’s High Performance Club in 2003.
